Any way to stop having bizarre dreams?

lately [like for the past 5 days] ive been having VERY weird dreams..and it sucks because i loose sleep over it.

so yeah, its really annoying and then sometimes i just have very very weird dreams that just makes me think about them all day.i havent been taking medication or anything, so i do not know what it is but i want it to stop.

most of the time i just dream about regular things and my crush every once in awhile. but now its just gone mad and im dreaming every night. and as soon as one stops another one comes. but i just hate when i dream in general.

can someone please tell me what might be causing this?

  1. well your dreams tell you something. whatever happensin your dream is about a problem in your real life. once the problem is solved youll have better dreams.

    example: your worried you wont ace a test so you start having crazy dreams about school or maybe just about something way different from school. you get an A on the test and the dreams stop. if your worried or stressed thats probably why

    You might be taking a lot of things on. (for example, with your boyfriend) Things need to be processed.

    Is there a rush to do something?

  4. Dreams are a way of interpreting our inter-most desires and emotions. You're most likely stressing out, and a lot is on your mind, causing dreams to sort it all out in some sense.

    So, these dreams is a releasing of everything bundled up in your mind. Some ways to deal with this is maybe writing out what's going on in your life - it doesn't have to be novel-material or poetic sounding - just writing your feelings.

    Stress, I believe, causes people have more dreams.
