Any way to tell the Whether next month??

I live in Central Cali. and i'm having a Party for my mom on July 12th and i know it's a high chance of it being in the 100's for her birthday but the whether has been really weird lately, with lower temps and windy and i was wondering if anyone knew of a website or something that could tell me what the whether might be around her birthday. I'm hoping some wacky storm comes through and cools it down like the weeks of her birthday....Might seem like a weird Question...but i needed to ask

The Farmers Almanac says that for July, temps will be 66 degrees. 2 degrees below norm. July 1 - 10 will be sunny and seasonable except for some inland areas which will be very hot. The next 6 days, coolness will develop in the North while the South and inland enjoy warm sunshine. A few showers in the North and Central parts July 16 - 19, thereafter the entire region will be sunny and warm.
