Question:

Any ways to get to sleep easier?

i am 15 and recently i have been finding it impossible to get to sleep...any tips??

  1. Working out helps the body get tired sooner.


  2. try falling asleep to the noise of tv or music, that what i do and it works well. :)  

  3. wake up at 8 in the morning. dont take naps during the day, and you'll be exhausted by bed time and you'll sleep much easier

    p.s. it might be really hard to wake up at 8 in the morning when youve been sleeping late all summer. i tried it like yesterday

  4. try getting to bed a little earlier than normal. that way you'll still get a full nights sleep. you could try drinking some tea or hot chocolate right before bed. watching a movie or TV always helps me fall asleep too.


  5. Take a long hot bath, lavender is very relaxing so get a lavender spritzer for your pillow from boots. Always take your make up off so your face feels fresh and get up at a reasonable time in the morning so you aren't wasting your day and are tired by bed time [:
