Any ways to keep from being bored while running?

  1. You could Listen to music, sing in your head, think about things (stuff that happened to you, things you need to do....)

    You could run with someone if you can. So that way you can talk or just run with somebody

    You could try new path so you won't get bored too much.

  3. Bring an Ipod or cd player with you and listen to a good beat while you run.

    Or you can run at a forest perserve and look at wildlife.

    I run to and these things always help.

  4. When I run, I use an iPod. I think that it is the best all around way to keep entertained. If you like the news, buy a walkman, and you can listen to the radio. If you have a treadmill/elliptical, I like to put a TV in front of it, which is the ultimate way to keep from being bored. Overall the iPod or Walkman will be the cheapest option though.

  5. run with someone and have small conversations. Ask a friend out to jog with you.

    or just get an Ipod.

  17. Don't run with music. It's bad for your legs/feet/knees because people tend to run with heavy steps because they cant hear themselves run.

    Run with someone and talk and stuff, or give yourself challenges while running.

  20. If you live close to a college campus, run there while listening to your IPOD. Nothing is better or easier to run a further distance when you run past a really beautiful female!
