Question:

Any ways to quickly boost energy?

It is finals week for me and i am needing something to keep me up other than red bull, coffee, or adderol... i really dont care what it is other than excersise or protiens, i dont care if it is unhealthy i just need a bost... Please help! (Is sniffing sugar a way to do this?)

  1. All I can say is I had a friend that I worked with and he sniffed the powder (colored sugar) that we put into the cotton candy machine.... didnt do a thing for him.

    I wont suggest drug use on here... I CAN tell you that the 5 hour energy stuff doesnt do anything at all. AT ALL! The person up above me has the right idea... go to the drug store and get NoDoz...that stuff does work, forgot all about it.


  2. Caffeine and sugar BOTH cause an energy crash later. You are needing a significant boost and still need to be clear mentally for  learning. Try B-vitamin complexes. They offer a great boost of energy ( to last several hours) as well as will keep you clear thinking with lots of energy to study. They will not hurt you, and will also help with the stress of studying. There is "5 hour energy drink" ( in the US) or if you don't have that, go to your local health food store. For a few dollars, they have liquid B complex vitamins that will boost you tremendously. The B complex vitamins work just as well, and are cheaper. They just take about 20 minutes to kick into your system. You can supplement them with "Sun Chlorella Algae" tablets which feed the brain directly with trace minerals, give you energy, keep you thinking clearly, and will keep you energized. There are plenty of healthy things that work.

  3. Try taking a B-Complex vitamin.

  4. drinks starbucks, or eat something with lots of sugar! it always works for me :D

    id stick to alottttt of caffeine. go buy a little starbucks double shot at the gas station they will have u twacked out all night.

Don't sniff the sugar, eat some.  That'll certainly give you an energy boost.  Proteins will help support that boost.  If you have only sugar or simple carbohydrates, that energy boost will be followed by a big crash.  You'll crater.  If you have proteins with the carbohydrates, the energy will be better sustained.  No crash.
