Hi Izz,

I've just come back from Mohajar in South East Spain. We flew out and back with Ryan Air - they were S**T quite honestly - loads of people complaining about excess luggage charges and extra fees for all sorts of stuff.  Yes they appear to be cheap on the face of it, but dig a little deeper and you find that they hardly allow any luggage! Another c**p idea is a total free for all when you get on the plain, Easyjet had ticket numbers last time I went which is much better I think.

If you have a little flexibility in your travel plans look at

and allow for flexible dates there and back and you will find the price is actually cheaper than many of the Ryan Air prices overall and the luggage allowance is really good - up to 8 items per person with a max weight of 20kgs which is pretty good.

Are you staying in Alicante or considering were to stay?  If you want a recommendation I can suggest a hotel and some places a little further down the coast around Costa Almeria... Proper 4* hotel with breakfast and evening meals for big double room with all trimmings for £48 per night - it was excellent.
