  2. I make a triffle with angel food cake, whipped cream, mixed berries and white chocolate pudding.  Its really quick, really easy and very tasty.  If you like you can also use low fat cool whip and sugar free pudding and it is just as good and very low in fat.

Make pudding according to box directions.

Take a store bought angel food cake and break/cut it into cubes.

Mix some slice strawberries and blueberries in a bowl.  (any fruit can be substituted.)

Use cool whip or you can whip your own fresh cream.  Add powdered sugar to whipped cream until sweetness of your liking.

In a large glass bowl put a layer of cake cubes.  Cover with a layer of pudding followed by berries and topped with whipped cream and repeat starting with cake.  Your final layer should be whipped cream.  You can save a few berries out to garnish the top.

    Good Luck

  3. mmm i LOVE white chocolate! both of these are so easy to make that i don't know if it counts as cooking, haha, but here you go. first of all, you can always make white chocolate covered pretzels, marshmallows, or fruit - just melt the chocolate (along with a bit of vegetable oil for a smoother consistency) in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until smooth but still thick enough for dipping. then just dip the pretzel or whatever in the chocolate, decorate with sprinkles if desired, & put on a plate or pan covered with wax paper in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate is hardened.

second (this is sort of a similar idea) you can spread peanut butter between two ritz crackers & dip these little "sandwiches" in the melted chocolate as above. if you love peanut butter like i do, these are seriously genius! :-D
