You mean current ones or the way back ones? There is a small passenger steam train that still operates in Virgina city Montana, a friend of mine was running it and invited me to ride the head end and I got to run the thing. That was a "wild west" steam train I will not forget. And FYI, I dont think Casey Jones ran the Hooterville Cannonball LOL. In the old song Casey Jones crashed and was killed.

During the 1906 San Andreas Fault earthquake a log camp

depot and steam locomotive was buried by landslide within

Santa Cruz County.  20+ years ago the engine was found

and reported to University of California.  Excavation did not

remove artifact but rather recorded physical evidence to use

for an accurate acounting of the mishap.
