Any women out there who like cars?

Question

There are several classic car cruises here each year in the metro Detroit area, and the biggest one took place last weekend. Growing up with my older brother, it was impossible not to be involved with cars. I'm wondering if you are like me and love a good burnout? lol

I'm a sucker for older cars, especially from the 1960s.

My first car was an old Wolseley - her name was "Vanessa" - but she died   :o(

I used to own the most gorgeous old Peugeot 404 (1968 model) - her name was "Genevieve" - god she was beautiful. I was crazy about her - I even worked on her myself. But she died, too...I still haven't recovered.

Now I catch the bus...can't afford a car, let alone an older one that costs a LOT of money to keep alive...

Lol I'm more into the newer models myself.

I've been looking for a nice body shop around my area to do my body work on my Toyota Corolla.

I enjoy looking at Race Cars and modded cars. I try to learn about them as much as i can. I enjoy working on cars with my Dad and Uncle.

Im a guy but I know girls like you that love cars. I actully went and drove a '69 cutlass at the dream cruise last weekend with a freind (a girl) and she loves car and I was hesitant to let her drive cause she would always try spinning the tires lol.

My husband collects cars, works on them, shows them every year at the Italian car show. I like the shows and I enjoy going out in the various cars that he has worked on. My preschool age daughter is already showing tremendous interest in cars now.  I don't like hot rods or muscle cars though, classy cars like Alfa Romeo.
