Any women with sore c-setions able to pass basic training/ or even join

its been two years since the surgery!!! it hurts when i workout so i just wanna make sure i can go through basic

  1. If it is the scar tissue which is causing you discomfort to the point where it might interfere with your training, it could be disqualifying. The first source below deals with the problem involving scar tissue. The second source says that you can be disqualified for any condition which, in the opinion of the examiner, would prevent you from proper completion of your training.  


  2. You can join but they will make you do DEP for a specific length of time, or will be told to come back then. Good Luck you will have to heal completely before basic.

    @dded : Sometimes with an alternate workout routine you can get around the pain until you are in better shape the problem area to where you can do the required exercise>. Good Luck

  3. Try doing flutter kicks and pushups 2 hours per day fro a week and see how it feels.  That daily life in basic training.
