Any word on the Devils signing Fedor Fedorov?

Actually, Amber, try reading the question clearly. I was talking about Fedor and he's 27.

Why would you want him?  He was always bordering on completely worthless, and hasn't been in the league in a few years.

Honestly, the devs are better off without him.

14 career games over three years, 2 points, both assists.  Hasn't played since 2006.

I really only know him because he was a Ranger... and I remember him being completely awful, having good size but not doing anything with it.  I would also hope he stays in russia, he doesn't belong here.

EDIT:  no problem... i actually never answered the question, heh... no, I haven't heard any rumors of the devils trying to sign him.  I can't imagine Lou would try to, since he's so worthless.

Federov is so past his prime and doesn't deserve a dime of what he wants.

He's very close to signing with the Devils, but will probably be playing somewhere in system, either in Trenton or Lowell.  As for Lou being a moron, many consider him to be one of the best GM's in sports, however he hasn't been doing to well since the lockout.  May have redeemed himself with the signing of Rolston though.  Also, last year he said that he tried to get more players but he couldn't get them without destroying the franchise's future.
