Any workouts for bigger chest?

Can anybody give me any workouts that really workout the chest?

I've been working out going on three months and i've seen changes but i'm just not getting any significant growth. I'd prefer some workouts without weights or with dumbbells but anything will help. Probably some workouts that will work more than the chest too. Thanks!

  1. push ups help with chest muscles but you have to find a way to make them more challenging


  2. For AMAZING pecs you should do three different kind of pushups. It will take you about 5 - 7 minutes and you will be done with an excellent chest workout.

    Wide arm pushups - 3 sets of 6 - 10 reps

    Shoulder width pushups - 3 sets 6 - 10 reps

    Narrow pushups - 3 sets of 6 - 10 reps

    The key is to go very slow and breath throughout. 5 seconds up and 5 seconds down. This is a sure shot way to build muscle.
