Any1 advise what the contention ratio 4 Megacable's MegaRed Service in Mexico is? (pls provide link if poss!)

I'm not a tech. person but I live in Mexico and have both MegaCable and MegaRed.  I've posted the link to the MegaRed site below.  I use MegaRed and MegaCable myself and although they aren't always the fastest service, they are reasonable and I've not had any major problems with either service in the last two years or so.  (There was a BIG problem about three years ago, but that seems to have been resolved.)
