Any1 aware of new talk talk plans? No paying bt fo line rental?

I have just had a sales person from talk talk visit me. You can now pay the cost of calls AND line rental together in 1 bill. I just thought i'd share this info with everyone else. Been on the website too just to check and its there. If anyone is signed up to this can you let me know if its ok?

Talk Talk just copied the company I use 6 months after we started free calls to all customers on the same service, if you want to use a much better service provider where you will get line rental, calling, mobiles shortly, and voip with video phones later this year, then send me an email and I will give you details of the service provider.

I have been using my provider for 9 years and once when my line developed a fault, I reported it on a Friday morning, my company's customer services called me back 5 times that day keeping me informed about progress on the repair, BT Openreach fixed the fault on the Saturday and my company came back 3 times the next week to check that every thing was satisfactory.  I bet Talk talk would never consider doing that.

So to get a service from a company that puts customers first and a company where you will get your own personal rep then get in touch with me.

talk talk are really hard work to deal with,

when all goes well its a good service but....

ive had numerous problems with them

today i was on the phone twice to them, tecnical support.

first time 24 mins to get through .

2nd time after 49 mins i gave up, i still have the fault but im not hanging on the phone.

they are cheep but you pay in other ways like quality of service..

I have been with Talk Talk for 20 months and have had no problem with them. I pay £21 a month for line rental, all calls to anywhere and at anytime day or night. Also included is calls to over 30 countries. You cannot do better. Finally it includes broadband.

I am with talk talk the free calls to other talk talk lines is great for me as my sister with them too we talk all day now and i'm paying less than with bt,and i've got wireless broadband,but my land line has had a few probs it only lasts a little while and they have always been helpful when i've called so far.
