Any1 know any Estate/Letting Agents That accept Housing Benefits?

Hi.

I've just had a baby, and i urgently need a house to rent that accepts HOUSING BENEFITS.

I'm Looking for a property with two bedrooms and maybe a garden (the garden is not important but would be nice).

I would prefer a house but would settle for a ground floor flat (can't carry a pram upstairs).

looking for a property that is priced between £450 and £700

Am looking for a property in the Hastings and St.Leonards-On-Sea areas (East Sussex, UK).

If you have a property or know someone that has a property that fits my specification then please let me know.

I would suggest you contact the agents in the Hastings area individually. I don't think members of the public would normally have this kind of knowledge.
