Any1 know any last minute spanish holiday websites?

im looking to go around the 26th july from liver pool or manchester, ive tried all the usual websites and many in the google search but for 2 adults and an infant seem to be a bit pricey at around £900 - i thought last minute was meant to be cheap?!?

id avoid packages why not book your flights, bmi, easy jet, Ryan air etc, then book your accommodation separate on websites like hotels.com
