Any1 know wich booster pack to get winged kuriboh? or e hero's?

im looking for winged kuriboh and elemental hero's and evil hero's to make my new mixed deck either a deck like that or jadens deck. cards i need e hero flame wing man, burstinatrix, bubbleman,avian,winged kuriboh,elemental hero tempest,elemental hero plasma vice,neo spacian grand mole, neo spacian flare scar em, neo spacian glow moss, and a few other cards

there is a problem getting plasma vice,neo-spacian scar em,bubbleman,and e-hero tempest they are very very rare,where as e-hero Avian,Burstinatrix, and neo spacian glow moss and neo spacian Grand Mole are actually pretty easy to get. I suggest going to ebay or amazon.com.
