Anybody Here From Coral Gables Florida?

I heard about a guy named Charlie. He was an immigrant from Eastern Europe, maybe Russia, who lived in Coral Gables during the Depression. He built a castle for someone he would only identify as "My Sweet Sixteen". No one knew how Charlie moved all those big boulders alone, some thought it was mind control. Does anyone know if Charlie's Sweet Sixteen ever came to live in her castle? I saw this on a TV show about 25 years ago, this is the way I remember it. They had some film of Charlie, he seemed like the sweetest guy.

Sadly if I remember right, she never did. I grew up in Hollywood, about 20 miles away. He used the same methods as the ancient Egyptians, rolling the boulders with a wooden fulcrum....not mind control.
