Anybody been abord the Queen Mary 2nd cruise?

We are looking into it for are holiday in 2009! we would have 2 adults and 3 children. Is it posh? Is there things for children to do? what are the staff like?? would you recommend it for a family like ours? please answer, I am very curious. thnx for your help!
