Anybody been watching these Memorial Cup games?

I am pleased that the NHL Network has been brodcasting these games nightly in HD. What action and for the most part competitive games. For my money, much better entertainment than what has transpired in the NHL Playoffs.

I caught the games over the weekend. I especially liked that Spokane defeated the Kitchener Rangers. I always like it when someone beats a hockey team called the Rangers.  I wish they would repeat the games, as I can't catch the games during the week due to work and time zone difference. First time I have ever seen Memorial Cup games and have found it very enjoyable.

yeah. sportsnet covers them every year (before they got a deal, it was always on stupid rogers channel), anways so i'm glad they got a deal. i think gretzkys dad was at last nights game at memorial arena. it's been a great tournament, day in day out straight battles. last nights game with the bulls and olympique was a fun watch, but the whole time i was like go gatineau, don't let belleville get a first win...and of course the bulls won. shawn matthias' gwg was really funny. great tip. spokane vs. gatineau today, and i hope spokane goes undefeated. ohl whl finals.

and yeah i like the nhl, but i also love junior hockey. the kids play great, and they're all pumped for the tournament. haha it's always fun when patrick roy's ramparts make it, and sometimes he loses his head. the goalies have been making saves and using acrobatics i haven't seen before, and the arena is rocking. great fans.

yeaaaaa spokane eliminated gatineau. i am sooooo happy. great game.

It's an exciting series with a great format. It keeps the fan interest high and with all games (until last nights) being all 1 goal games excitement reigns.

It is especially so if you have a home town team involved. Go Bulls go.
