I noticed that CoolPhones.mobi has a WebEntrust site seal on the homepage. That pretty much ensures that the site can be trusted. Moreover, if you go to WHOIS for GoDaddy.com and enter www.coolphones.mobi you get the owner details that include a seal of authentication and also proof that the site has been in existence for a while. (Just go to the home page of coolphones.mobi and first click on the link that says "Website certification" in the right column. Next click on the WebEntrust seal. No way a non-legit site can have these seals for that period of time). Good to always check these things.

I sell on eBay and have for years. The CoolPhones name is the name of a promotion. The company behind it is pretty well known amongst small eBay merchants who rely on it for bulk orders. I think selling to individuals is new for them but is intended to get more people to become bulk buyers ultimately. Don't be too paranoid. This question was just asked, and in order to answer it one must sign on to Yahoo answers. So what about those who answered the same day. Anyone can check out any site by the seals which are impossible to maintain if the business doesn't have a good record. My checks indicate this one does.

Yes.  I bought two iPod nanos and an iPhone.  Got a great deal.  I paid with a postal money order so I would have a record.  I got my order as quick as if I had paid by credit card.  I might order a iPod classic 80 GB next.
