Anybody can help me to get eec certification ?

plan to import some motercycles from China to Sweden, but the producer does not have EEC certification, so I want to fix the certification by myself in Europe, then I can have the paper belong to me. is there anybody did this before and can give me some suggestion? or can help me to fix it ?
