Anybody care to compare Djokovic's press interview with Rafa's?

While rafa was full of praise for Djokovic and stated that everyone knows the Serb is going to be Number 1 very,very soon, and that he(rafa) was just happy at having played so well ,Djokovic ungraciously said that his defeat was due to his bad luck and Rafa's good luck.

Do you agree with the way Rafa saw the game or the way Djokovic saw it? Is Rafa too modest or just a realist? Is Djokovic just a bad sport or a realist?

Personally I thought both played incredibly well and that if there were any lucky breaks that they were pretty evenly spread around for both. I think in the end Nadal's strategy wore down Djokovic just enough to take the match.

djokovic is insecure he is frightened that if he praises another players talent the commentators, fans, ball boys/girls will forget to believe he, djokovic. is the 'greatest'.

So far the only authority we have that Djokovic is 'great' is from Djokovic and his camp followers.

It shows his lack of respect for the knowledge other people have of the game when he says his defeat was due to his bad luck and Rafa's good luck.

Djokovic doesn't understand anything about the game of tennis.

He can hit the ball. He can hit the lines.

However, his greatest strength is that he is a profound mimic.

As that is a given, he has a lot to learn - I'm afraid he will only ever be the 'pretender' to the crown.

Anyone who understands the 'game' of tennis will know what I am talking about.

How about the line "Rafa is the best defensive player ever!"..what is your problem?? Cut him some slack! JESUS!! And come on..none of them is full of praise for anyone! They are all very competitive, including Djokovic. I`m not trying to give him an excuse for whatever he says, but have you ever considered that none of us really know what they REALLY think..and what kind of persons they REALLY are. In stead of asking a constructive question, most of us are just seeking an opportunity to spit on a player we don`t like, or even HATE..too many emotions for something that is so unimportant. And, for the record, Fedexpress, you REALLY don`t know what you`re talking about. WTF!

Novak Djokovic has always seemed to be a jerk to me.

His mother also seems like a jerk.

For example, when he was winning against Federer, he was like teasing Federer and it didn't seem to be the playful type of teasing.

i haven't seen the interviews, but i find that very likely, djokovic it's not a good sportman to me, and yes i know i'm  always saying bad things about him, but he really seems like a jerk.-

but who knows, maybe it's just an act.-
