Anybody else get zapped?

Question

I got a virus on my computer from a troll visiting hockey. I reported the abuse but too late. My computer is in the shop and am borrowing a temp for work purposes. See you later.

  I go in every 6 months for "zapping". They say it's helping me out a lot.

I have not been zapped.  I usually don't click links if I don't know the user.  

I was wondering what happened to you.

I believe the guy planted it in a link to some video clip. My anti-virus picked it up in time. The same clip was used in a bunch of answers but I had no problem with it the first couple times I was stupid enough to click on it. Sure wish I remember who it was.

Guess I'm not here often enough to pick up on the "fun" parts of hanging out online. Sorry about that asshat; hope he or she gets what's deserved.

My anti virus lit up like a Christmas Tree!  I think it was one of those "you can get all the answers you want at..."  answers that did it.  I reported a few of them after it happened, they weren't from the same user (the name was different but it could be the same guy).  

Hope it doesn't cost you too much.

Last time I advised people of a troll about, he = she got my question violated.  Sorry for what happened to you and I am going to ask how to bar all the rubbish I get every day and also have had to report easycinema.com for getting in to my bank account and deducting money = I work in a library and get free DVDs till I am sick of them!!!  Sorry for your experience.  Makes me wantto be more careful cos I trust too much.  xx
