Anybody else hate the look of spiders?

Is it just me or does anyone else really hate the look of spiders. They're just really creepy looking, their legs and all...

yeah.i too hate the look of certain species of spider.they make me feel vomit.although they are very intelligent,yet some of them and the insects make me feel bad.

Many people hate them but in general they're extremely useful. They are the most efficient insect hunters you'll find inside a house -and, while many insects are vectors for all sorts of human diseases, spiders are not. So if you ask me whether I prefer a house with mosquitoes, flies, roaches and the like to a house with a few spiders, I choose the latter.

That said, every now and then you meet a venomous spider and that's a drag. It won't kill you but it can be a heavy annoyance.

seriously...it freaks me out. I hate the look of them and the way they move and I just got the shiverees.

I saw one jump and seriously...it was like my world ended. Now I think they're all gonna just jump at me. Ugh, I have goosebumps just thinking about it.

I have severe arachnophobia........ Spiders in my opinion blow. 8 legs sticking out of a body ! It's just so wrong. Sneaky bog sniffing gits is what they are.

They're not that bad. If you think about it they're made out of the same thing as kittens and we think kittens are cute. Just because they have extra legs doesn't mean they're gross. :P I have phobias of insects and spiders but eh, they're not that bad to look at. They're just really bad to touch.

I like spiderman, but everything else about spiders makes me sick. I dont even mind other bugs, spiders are just repulsive and terrifying.

Strangely, no.  Even when I accidentally sprayed a tree when I was young, and dozens of spiders in a nest fell on me, never had a lingering disgust.  (Though the incident did temprorarily freak me out)  Unless they invade my 'personal space' (such as being on the bed), I usually let them live.  They're kind of cute in a way, and creative with their webs, though it's annoying running into the webs.

But most insects I really despise.  

Arachnids, aren't insects, of course.

Spiders do look creepy and scary but there is a saying that goes like this - "APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEPTIVE "

Most people hate them because of their looks, they are small and the movie industry has also created some movies which ruin their reputation.

People don't try to understand these fine creatures.
