Anybody else having problems with Virgin Media? (ntl as was?)?

Got a threatening letter today claiming my liabilty for 00s of £ for o/s amounts I don't owe - and the promise to disconnect my phone from BT - which would be amusing - if these idiots hadn't informed debt collectors.

ive never herd anything good at all about virgin media, id sue them if i was u, i hate them, do u no how much they charge u just to ring them up, 25p min, dump them, im glad i never signed up, shame on u virgin, shame on you

that's unfair as it goes against your credit scoring. I would be writing a huge letter asking for compensation. These companies are a pain in the backside. Hope it all turns out ok for you.

I would touch Virgin Media, I know of others who have joined their service and who are now regretting it and are just waiting for their contracts to end.

If you can prove you are not liable, send them a stinker of a letter and report them to Otelo - The Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman tel [phone] or 01925 430049  web site www.otelo.org.uk

Do exactly as I did... I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER buy one of the bassards wonderful 'chipped' boxes... less hassle worry... and a FANTASTIC FEELING that the smacked @rse that is Richard Branson, has both unloyal workers, and easy payment free access to the internet and TV!!! BUT THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! SO do as I did S.K.... NEVER BUY ONE!!!! lol
