Anybody else think Bridge to Terabithia was sad?

i thought it was sad to! i thought it was pretty boring until the girl died and then im like wow and i actually finished watching it!

ive read the book and seen the movie. i didnt cry in the book because we HAD to read it for english and so i took ages to read it and someone in my class yelled out the girl dies and then it wasnt as sad as it would have been. i cried in the movie though when the boy jesse runs away after she dies and he talks to his dad. but yeah anyway overall i thought it was sad, book and movie because its based on a true story.

Yes, im a 20 year old guy and throughout watching the movie i thought it was lame. But when the little girl died, it hit a soft spot. It's a really good movie to watch with a girl, and your siblings.

yea it was sooo sad no movie should have the star die! or like idk if she was the star. i was confused.

Oh. My. Word. I kid you not just thinking about that movie or even listening to the soundtrack makes me literally TEAR UP. I cried like frickin BABY...seriously...and in the movie theatre too. I'm not sure ill ever be able to watch it EVER AGAIN...oh.my.word. its rediculous

Ps.s..to the one above me....acually the author of the book madde her drown, not disney...im just sayin...they couldnt just change it and keep her alive then the whole meessage of the story would be ruined...however i still would  have felt better at the end if she was alive.... : ' ((((

I thought..."Wow this is such a great movie!" and then...she DIED and now I hate it. lol. jk. it's a good movie, but it's sooo sad.

it was SUPER sad when she died. it was a DISNEY movie and they MADE her drown :( thats terrible!
