  2. I've been to the Rubio's in El Cerrito, CA several times. It's been open for a few years and is fairly consistent with their food and service.

    I have to confess that I've only had two items off of their menu. The Grilled Mesquite Shrimp Burrito and the World Famous Fish Tacos on soft corn tortillas. One burrito and two tacos and I'm stuffed for the rest of the day! Yummy!

    So yes, the food is good!

  4. If your talking about the fast food Mexican restaurant then yes I have been there and it's pretty good, It's not really the type of place you go for valentine's day, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
