Anybody ever used the NYCshares@hotmail company I see all over craigslist's "rooms/shared" section?

All over craigslist I see rooms available for like $150 a week in Manhattan and the surrounding burrows. How are these rooms? Are they decent to live in? Are there any major problems with living in one of these?
