Anybody every hear of SkyBeam Golf Balls?

Question

The SkyBeam golf balls are made in Japan and have a steel center and vulcanized cover. A friend had some but we cannot find any information on them. If anybody knows more about them, please let us know. Thanks.

I've never heard of SkyBeam and didn't find any reference. HOWEVER, is it possible that you are thinking of the NanoDynamics NDMX ball? This ball has a hollow steel sphere in the center, a polymere mantle and isomere cover. Use the link below for details
