Question:

Anybody familiar with Roadie Ruff-Rider sizes?

I got the Roadie harness I ordered in the mail today, it seems too big. I'm afraid the next size down may be too small. My dog seems to be right on the verge of sizes.

What do you think? Go down a size?

Or do you have any suggestions for taking up the slack without compromising the safety of the harness?

I thought maybe I could get some of that lambswool type material they make dog beds out of and sew it around the harness to make it thicker and therefore fit a little tighter.

  1. Uhmmm ,It does look a bit big , Can you just tight it up ? Caus my harness was too big , but it was like''All size'' thing , so It could fit Bailey when she was a pup and I could also use it for Shadow.. ??

  2. Lambswool, sheepskin or fleece should help taking up the slack. This way you still have room for adjustment. I have similar sizing problems with my Boxers.
