Sorry.. I know it sounds really stupid. I have a softball game tonight and it's my second one. We won the first one even. Between the first game and this game though I came down with chicken pox (yes..at 14 o_O) and missed a few games. I've been out for like 2 weeks. I'm also a swimmer--this year was my 5th year. I'm 14. I make myself do sports cuz I know it's healthy and builds social and teamwork skills.
The problem is I'm a VERY nervous person; I almost had a heart attack going to the first swim team PRACTICE of this year, and as I said before, it was my FIFTH year this year..
I hate the nervousness and I could really do without it..
I'm in a huge need of a pep talk.
Please help..?
