Do you have to live Arizona, Kansas, or Wisconsin to be able to use this school?

It appears these are public charters - which means you'd have to live in the school district, or state, where these are located.  They are public schools paid for with tax money.

If you're looking for online high school courses, there are several options.  None of them are cheap, though, they start around $350/course and go up from there.
