  1. First off, how tall are you? haha

go to your local race track and see if anyone needs an exercise rider. Start from there. Call up local thoroughbred breeding and training farms and see if they need an exercise rider. Get yourself out there and get known. Create a good base by exercising different horses.

  2. if you are in ireland go to the racing academy and center of education(R.A.C.E.) in county kildare in ireland. its brilliant there and lots of sucessful jocks have gone through that school

  3. You really do need to start out as an exercise rider. If you have no experience at it you will need to take lessons specifically for it or find a trainer willing to give you a chance and help you out. I did work for a trainer who let those wanting to learn start out "galloping" his pony and progress to some of the easier racehorses. It will take alot of hard work, just as anything in horses does. That really is the best way to start. Good luck.
