Anybody had abbey face to face interview? HELP!!?

I passed the telephone interview and have a face to face interview in 2 weeks, very nervous, i don't know what to expect? what are they going to ask? anybody had one? could you help me? thanks!!

Hi.

I will be joining HSBC this monday for the role of customer services officer.

In the face to face interview, you will be asked to provide examples and times where you had to use initiative, handle an important situation, what you would do with a difficult or angry person, how you deal with customers, what would motivate you or demotivate you.

You need to also demonstrate how you dealt with customers in your previous jobs and what you can bring to your job.

And of course they will ask why you want to work for the bank and what you hope to achieve.

I would imagine they would want to know: -

1. Why you've applied for the job.

2. What you can bring to Abbey.

3. Previous experience.

4. they may ask a bit about your employment history (i.e. jobs that didn't work out or where you were made redundant).

5. They may ask you to tell them a little bit about yourself.

6. Describe situations where you....?
