Hypnosis seems like a good idea in theory, but studies have proven that it is not really as effective as it seems like it should be. You need to prepare yourself to quit mentally… not just try to trick yourself. What happens in most cases is the person will come out of the hypnosis and eventually the mental and physical addictions come right back!
