depends on the name brand my good man and how old. If it's in good working condition. If it was never used and like a collection  item it could be worth alot. See if it's a limited edition.

the best way to find how much your old camera is worth is to do a search on ebay for the brand/model number.

then look on the left side of the ebay page in (search options), check off the box by "completed listings" and click on "show items".

below is a search for a sony ccd f77 and its a completed sale, looks like someone really liked that old camera!

Depends on the camcorder, if it works, what accessories come with it... but if analog, like VHS or Betacam, probably not much more than $50... if that much...

My camcorder uses miniDV tapes - and is worth about $2,000. But it is digital (the "DV" in minDV = Digital Video), shoots in high definition, has a wide-angle and tele lens... among other things...

a working battery and battery charger could be worth more than the camera itself. if you have a complete set- case, battery, charger, cables and instructions, it becomes more valuable.
