Anybody have any issues with a design of a product?

I have a class assignment where I need to come up with fourteen situations of problems people have with some product, schedule, queuing line, layout of something, computer operation, etc. If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Sony HDR-HC1 high definition camcorder. The miniDV tape mechanism opens facing down. When the camcorder is mounted to a tripod, I cannot use the quick release mechanism. I have to remove the quick release to change tapes... I made a spacer (between the camera body and the tripod quick-release) as a work around.

Pretty much all other camcorders are "top loaders" - they load their tapes from the top and the tape drive is not blocked.
