Anybody have tips to lose weight?

Hello, I have for most of my life been overweight. Still, I have been active. I ran cross-country during high school and managed to pretty much keep constant with my weight. Then I went to college and they dont have XC and of course everyone gains weight their first year of college. I was no exception. I transfered back home and now I am stuggling to motivate myself to take up running again. I really want to lose weight. What could I do to knock some lbs off besides exercise? Any tips would be greatly apperciated. I am 5'7 and 208 lbs and I would kill to be back under 200 again.

  1. all you have to do is start weigh training... that is a work out and will get you in shape fast..

    1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)

    2) eat to increase your metabolism rate-don't skip your meal-breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks between meal..take smaller portion every meal...

    3) water for detox-drink a lot of plain water. for every 25 kg you gained, drink 1 litre of plain water...

  4. try writing down everything that you eat. When you see all the food you eat and the calories it has, you tend to cut back and re-think if you really want to eat that.

    don't buy all the junk food. it's just too tempting to eat.

    eat smaller meals but like 5 times a day. it keeps the metabolism up.

    good luck. losing weight is very tough but with the right motivation, it's easier.

    put cinnamon on some of ur food its good for ur metabolism

    coffee is also good for metabolism

    eat 5 to 6 small meals

    dont eat fatty foods

    exercise it will help even further

  7. Start by not eating junk food.  Eat foods that are natural healthy for you.
