Anybody have trouble getting there strollers to lay down flat?

I have a evenflo. Aren't usually the strollers lay down flat so you can be able to put the carrier in.

I also have an Evenflo and haven't had that problem.  If your model is like mine, there is a tab with a red ring on the back of the seat that you pull to release the seat to put it in a reclined position.  It doesn't go completely flat, but it doesn't need to in order for the car seat carrier to fit.  If you are still having problems, I would suggest conacting to company for support.
