Anybody here ever been in or seen the musical camelot???

I'm just curious what everybody thinks of it. I think its okay but at the same time i find it rather annoying

I'm for the music and there are some killer songs in it.  I saw it on stage with a very drunk Richard Harris who I always admired after Sporting Life and Hawaii and it was wonderful to have seen him.  I love the chorus doing........so they found Guenevere and her bold cavalier........I can hear the hoof beats.   Its pretty high up on my list of favorites.  Talk about annoying........I just tried to sit thru Pippin.  Ben Vereen was awesome and William Katt did what he could but perhaps this was not the best choice for a musical????

I think the story is beautiful and If Ever I would Leave You brings a tear to my eye. I would have to see it again more recently. I saw it when I was in tenth grade. Gosh -- 20 years ago now.

My mom took my then-boyfriend and me. BF and I held hands and cuddled. It sort of annoyed my mom but she took it in stride.

It was the last time I ever went out anywhere with my mom. Maybe that is why the music still gives me a shiver even though -- I will say as musicals go it is not that good.
