  1. They're not actually allowed to do that.

In the real world (ie outside of school - they get away with everything in there), it's called stealing.

I don't know if your school is open through the holidays though? You'll probably have to wait until it re-opens.

If it were me, speaking as someone who lives in the real world, I'd get your parents to write a letter of complaint to the school and put it in the local paper too!

It is yours but if your school isn't open it's tough, you'll have to wait.

    Good Luck

  2. Usually if a parent goes in for it, you will get it back. My mum went in all guns blazing when they took my phone off me a few years back!!

  3. If you never went to get it back, it wouldn't surprise me if they got rid of it. But you never know. You should always try to get your stuff back if you can. But if you're too lazy to go looking for it, I guess you deserve whatever you get!

  4. no way are they allowed to do that!

at my school we get our ipods/phones/electronics back at the end of the day

or after three days at the VERY MOST

i suggest you get it back, if they tell you to wait for them to find it or if they have lost it, send them the bill

  5. if they never give it back you should go get it

    afterall it is yours
