Anybody here work in Aldi (UK) ?

I'm thinking of applying for a job in Aldi. Does anybody work there? If so, what can I expect from the interview process and the atmosphere of the working environment (I know every store is different, but what's the general idea?)

Depends what position you are going for. If it is a graduate position they pay very well (I think over 30k a year) and give you a company car but I have heard the hours can be long. If its a standard check-out job I believe they treat their employees well as they will take some German practices. The interview practice will be standard but just do lots of research on the company and act keen.
