I need to locate someone I knew long time ago. they lived then in Lausanne, Switzeland. The lady's name: Pierrette Melina, born Vallelian. Used to live in Eclepan, Vaud, Switzeland.

try searching first with www.directories.ch and www.search.ch if that will not work maybe you could contact the the place she last lived.
