I think you should try watching Vampire Knight. Although it's a pretty recent show, it's a really awesome anime that is worth the watch. The manga is also just as good. If you want you can watch it here...

Soul Eater. It's like naruto and bleach combined. Animated by the people who did full metal alchemist (recommend this one too). Both have great animation, great action, and good comedy.

If you love naruto then you should read 666 Satan. Nothing about Satanism or anything it's just the name of the manga. The author is the twin brother of the author of naruto.
