Anybody know a store where I can get a white speedo?

Sorry, you will not find a white speedo in a regular store.  You will need to order it online.  Finding any type of speedo can be tricky in a store, but white ones never seem to make the order, what you'll find - as you most likely have already noticed - are dark suits.

You may want to visit a specialty swim store, in your local town.

Another option is to buy a pattern and the fabric and make your own..

Speedo has a few suits in white. I just bought a 1 inch Solar by speedo from amazon.com, you can also find them at swimoutlet.com and macy's and j.c. penny's.  Agon also makes a white suit thats not see thru. They are a custom shop though.  The other white ones I have I either won on ebay, or I bought my Bloc swim brief from theunderwearstore.com it was made by Clever. Sweet suit.
