Why in god's name are you looking for TEMPORARY relief?  It doesn't go away, the symptoms just subside.  Then you give to everybody you have s*x with and it's much more serious for women.

I am assuming you have been properly diagnosed and are recieving antibiotic treatment.....try taking over the counter benadryl for the itching and ibuprofen (motrin, advil) or tylenol for the discomfort.
