Anybody know about adobe acrobat 9.0?

Question

When i loaded the program on my computer, it automatically added the toolbar options to my internet explorer. I had to delete my internet explorer and now have it back. I would like to know how I get those options back, this way I can easily turn web pages into pdf. as needed. Please help with step by step instructions, as I am not the best with computers. Thanks

One quick suggestion I have at the moment is to

1. Open your web browser

2. Right click on the menu bar

3. Check if you can find Adobe menu item

4. If you find it there, click on it

That is the only thing that strikes me  at the moment.
