  1. Either run early in the morning [[5:30]], or later in the evening around 8:00 but make sure the area is safe cause there are alot of predators. Don't run in the heat. You can harm yourself in serveral ways. Keep your mouth closed while running, breathe out your nose. Don't run/talk to a friend (that can slow you down).

  2. I would definately run either early in the morning or later in the evening. By these times, the heat has usually eased a bit, and if where you live is like where I live, the bugs have gone away. As for hurting your body by running too much, I think it really just depends on your fitness level. If you are a beginner and not in very good shape, you can hurt yourself easier. When running a long distance, just make sure you are breathing steadily.

  3. o calor depende muito das condições fisicas de cada um , o importante é se reidratar sempre

  4. i recommend that you run early in the morning around 6:00 to 7:00 latest  because the heat can make it harder to sometimes breath and it can give you headaches. but some times running in the heat while in the summer can help because if you  have a race in the summer you ll be able to survive and do good times. For an example your speed-work in the summer should be in hot weather when preparing for a race but make sure you have water and much more or dehydration can start at night make sure to run at 7:30 minimum so you will complete your training and not fall back.

  5. The morning and the evening is the best but it's more likely to be cool in the morning. I can run for a long distance it just depends how fast I go, if I'm barely jogging I can go anywhere from 10-12 miles at a real jog I can go 3-5 miles at a run I can only go 1.5 mile and under. I'm kinda pitiful cuz it's the summer but I do keep running to stay in shape. The best breathing technique is inthrough the nose out through the mouth. You have more control of your breathing when you go in the nose and out the nose but I prefer the first techinique.

    hope I helped
