I don't need to be advised what to eat etc....I already run 3 miles 4/5 times per week and I rarely exceed 1500 calories per day (unless it's the weekend and the cork goes pop out of the bottle and I'm afraid that wine's gotta be drunk!)I'm a mesomorph (apple shape) so I tend to carry more weight 'up top' great for a nice rack but not so good when you've shoulders and arms like a swimmer! What I'd really like to know is, does anyone know any simple exercises I can be doing at my desk?Thanks awfully p.s. snuffles - whatever! (cos I know you'll answer)
